January News update
Welcome to our first update of the year. And its an exciting one for all of us.
As part of our ongoing commitment to continuous improvement we are expanding our scope of support. We have set an ambitious goal for 2021 to heavily invest in a new Australian lead support team located in Melbourne.
We are pleased to announce this is currently being implemented this year in order to provide a 24/7 support system and expand outside of normal operating hours.
Our new team members will be introduced to extensive and ongoing advanced training on internal systems including server management, internet systems, services and tools.
In 2021 we are going to see considerable growth positively impacting on the new and exciting cloud hosting products we deliver to our customer base. Due to the fast scaling and our ever expanding service requirements we will be migrating into the new ZenDesk support system which will enable us to consolidate our helpdesk support and ticketing systems, planned to go live in August this year.
